POWERGRID NRTS II organises Intra Regional Cultural Festival
LUDHIANA: Enthralling performances by the artists from different parts of Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab and Haryana attired in colourful dresses marked the annual Intra–Regional Cultural Festival organised by Power Grid Corporation of India, Northern Region –II. The cultural festival and traditional Handicrafts Exhibition was held at Guru Nanak Dev Bhawan, Ludhiana.
Shri Ravi P. Singh, Director Personnel, POWERGRID was the Chief Guest on the occasion who inaugurated the cultural meet and exhibition by lighting the traditional lamp in presence of large number of guests, POWERGRID employees and their families.
The cultural festival encompassing talent from four Northern States swayed the audience to the beats of colourful folk dances and songs highlighting rich composite culture of the Region. It was a major event for the employees and their family members as amateur talent of the Region gathered to highlight rich cultural traditions.
