POWERGRID to take Lead for Gurgaon Smart Grid for 24×7 power supply
Gurgaon. The Haryana government is working on a `Smart Grid` for uninterrupted 24×7 power supply to the city in the NCR in the coming 12 months. The smart grid will be developed jointly by private sector, government and Power Corporation of India on Public-Private-Partnership model.
Power Secretary of Haryana Rajan Gupta and Power Grid Corporation of India CMD R N Naik, among others have been entrusted with preparation proposal of Gurgaon`s smart grid. Niticentral.com
