Punjab National Bank Bags Rahbhasha Award
Mumbai. Punjab National Bank has been awarded three prizes in RBI Rajbhasha shield competition for the excellent performance in implementation of Hindi in Bank for financial year 2014-15. Besides above ‘PNB Staff journal’ got the second prize in the category of RBI bilingual magazine competition- 2014-15.
Mrs. Usha Ananthasubramanian, MD & CEO of the Bank received shields and certificates from Governor of RBI Dr. Raghuram G. Rajan at Mumbai for Consolation award in Region ‘A’, Third in Region ‘B’ and Consolation in Region ‘C’. Shri Mahesh Kumar Pangtey, General Manager, Shri Prem Chand Sharma, AGM (Rajbhasha) were also present on the occasion along with MD & CEO. Besides this, bank also received three prizes in All India Hindi Essay Competition for 2014-15 held by RBI, first in Region ‘A’ and second in Region ‘B’
