RINL Awarded the Best Enterprise Award, First Prize HONOR

RINL Awarded the Best Enterprise Award First Prize

 

Guwahati: RINL has conferred the Best Enterprise Award-First prize in the 'Navratna' category for 2017 in recognition of the commendable support extended by the management; and participation, involvement and achievements of its women employees in professional front. The Hon’ble Chief Minister of Assam, Shri Sharbananda Sonowal, presented the award.  The award was received by Sri R V Rao, GM(HR) &Hony President, WIPS & the Managing Committee RINL WIPS.  This is the tenth award for RINL and fifth in succession. 
 
Smt K Rajyalakshmi, Sr Technician, ETL Department, also received the 'Best Employee Award' (3rdplace) in the 'Non-Executive' category for distinguished performance by women employees.
 
Sri P Madhusudan, CMD, RINL and Directors congratulated the women employees of RINL for their achievement.
 
The award instituted by the Central APEX Forum of WIPSin 1992  is presented annually to select PSUs in recognition of the finest efforts made to harness the growth & development of Women in PSUs. The criteria for the award include Training & Development, Women representative on Recruitment & Promotion Panels, Data Generation, Coordinator’s net-working, Membership drive / Initiatives, Laurels by Women employees, Support Services & Counselling Centres, Corporate Social responsibilities, the Corporate image of WIPS.
