RINL spends Rs 10 cr on CSR activities

Visakhapatnam, The Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited - Visakhapatnam steel plant (RINL) has so far spent Rs 10 crores this year on corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities, according to a press release.

 

CMD A.P Choudhary advised the officials at a review meeting on Tuesday to focus more on health care, people's care, education and infrastructure development in villages.

 

The officials informed the CMD that during the current financial year the RINL had so far spent Rs 10 crores on various CSR initiatives, registering growth of 55 per cent over the corresponding period of last year.   BUSINESS LINE
