WCL moving ahead to achieve for one billion coal
NAGPUR. Western Coalfields Limited introduced out of box thinking one year ago and introduced Samwad group and Gen Nxt groups in all areas of WCL including headquarters of the company. The idea was to involve workforce from grass root level to young officers, middle and top management in progress story of the company.
These groups were given three months to perform and the installation ceremony of these groups held yesterday in WCL Headquarters, where Gen Nxt 3rd batch and Samwad 2nd batch shared their experiences with the upcoming next batches in line with Vision -2020 of WCL and in presence of Chairman cum Managing Director, Shri. Rajiv R. Mishra and Director Personnel, Dr. Sanjay Kumar. While addressing Team WCL, Shri. Mishra expressed his happiness and called upon for change in social and working environment in the coming time for further sustainable growth and development.
Director (Personnel) stressed on the robust process of dialogue in WCL reaching and connecting to all the members of WCL.
