CONCOR results Q1FY25, Net profit up 6% at Rs 259 crore
The board has declared an interim dividend for FY 2024-25 of 40% i.e. Rs 2 per equity share of face value of Rs 5 each amounting to Rs 121.86 crore.

State-owned Container Corporation of India Ltd (CONCOR) has reported a 5.8% year-on-year (YoY) increase in net profit at Rs 259.4 crore for the first quarter that ended June 30, 2024.
In the same quarter, Container Corporation of India reported a net profit of Rs 245 crore, according to a regulatory filing by the company. The company's revenue from operations increased by 9.4% to Rs 2,103.1 crore from Rs 1,922.8 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal year.

At the operating level, EBITDA was up 11.6% to Rs 441.6 crore in the first quarter of this fiscal over Rs 395.8 crore year-on-year. The EBITDA margin stood at 21% in the reporting quarter versus 20.6% in the first quarter of FY24. EBITDA is earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization.

The record date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend, as intimated earlier, will be August 15. The interim dividend will be paid/ dispatched to the shareholders on or after August 23, 2024.
