Available Positions and Key Details
The advertisement includes five project-based roles across different energy verticals:
Junior Project Associate (Geologist) – Uranium Project (Ahmedabad)
Candidates must possess an M.Tech in Geology, Geophysics, Geosciences or related fields with at least 60% marks. A minimum of two years of experience in mineral or hydrocarbon exploration, or laboratory analysis of geological cores, is required.
The position offers a cost-to-company (CTC) of ₹9.9 lakh per annum. Candidates holding Ph.D. qualifications are eligible for an additional monthly incentive.
Senior Project Fellow (Geologist)
Applicants should hold an M.Sc., M.Tech, or Ph.D. in Geology or allied disciplines. The role requires at least four years of experience in energy sector research, mineral exploration, or hydrocarbon-related field and laboratory work.
The annual remuneration is ₹7.58 lakh on a CTC basis, with additional benefits for eligible Ph.D. candidates.
Project Associate (Mechanical Engineering – Energy Domain)
This position requires a B.Tech or M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent discipline with a minimum of four years of experience in the energy sector. The role involves field supervision and support in energy-related projects.
Project Associate (Biotechnology – Delhi Project)
Candidates with an M.Tech or B.Tech/M.Sc. in Biotechnology or Microbiology are eligible. A minimum of four to six years of experience in bioenergy or related domains is required. The role focuses on biochemical process development and implementation in energy applications.
Junior Project Associate (Geothermal Project – Delhi/Leh)
Applicants should possess an M.Tech or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines, along with at least two years of experience in geothermal exploration or energy field operations.
The position carries a CTC of ₹11.88 lakh per annum, with additional incentives for Ph.D. holders.
Contract Duration and Terms
- Initial engagement: 1 to 2 years
- Maximum tenure: Up to 4 years based on performance and project requirements
- Nature of employment: Purely contractual and project-based
