AU Small Finance Bank Allots 2.52 Lakh Shares Under ESOP Schemes

Mumbai, February 13, 2026: AU Small Finance Bank Limited (NSE: AUBANK, BSE: 540611) announced the allotment of 2,52,429 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to the exercise of its Employee Stock Options (ESOPs).

The breakdown of shares allotted under various ESOP schemes is as follows:

  • ESOP 2016: 26,072 shares

  • ESOP 2018: 28,701 shares

  • ESOP 2020: 1,51,655 shares

  • ESOP 2023: 46,001 shares

Following this allotment, the bank’s paid-up equity capital will increase from Rs. 7,47,58,08,030 to Rs. 7,47,83,32,320.

The allotment was made in accordance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and is part of the bank’s ongoing initiative to reward employees through equity participation.
