Here are some significant changes that are made by Board of Directors of the Bank vide meeting dated 12.05.2025 and has accorded their approval to the following:

Shri Vishal Sethia has been appointed as Company Secretary & Board Secretary w.e.f. 12.05.2025. and is designated as KMP and is authorized to report directly to Board/ Whole Time Directors of the Board in compliance with Regulation 6(1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
The following KMPs/Senior Managerial Personnel are authorized to determine materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of making disclosures to
Stock Exchange(s) under this regulation:
i. Company Secretary & Compliance Officer
ii. Chief Financial Officer
iii. Chief Compliance Officer

Shri Vishal Sethia is a qualified Company Secretary.
He is Bachelor in Commerce and is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India having membership No. A58069. He is also a Chartered Accountant and Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB) and has over 12 years of experience in the Banking Industry.
Prior to joining Bank of Maharashtra, he was working with Indian Bank.
