New Delhi: The Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), Government of India, has issued an order regarding the promotion of officers from Arunachal Pradesh State Civil Service (SCS) to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) under AGMUT Cadre.

Officers included in the Select Lists of 2023 and 2024 have been appointed to IAS based on their seniority and years of service in the State Civil Service.

Seniority and Year of Allotment have been calculated under the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, considering completed years of qualifying service.

Officers appointed include Bob Jayant, Kanto Danggen, among others.

These officers will be placed below Smt. Ruhee Dugg, IAS (2014 batch) and above Ms. Ira Singhal, IAS (2015 batch).

Officers appointed include W. Khimhun, Karma Leki, Mige Kamki.

Year of allotment: 2015

These officers will be placed below Shri Mekala Chaitanya Prasad, IAS (2015 batch) and above Smt. Nazuk Kumar, IAS (2016 batch).

Inter-se seniority of these officers with respect to other segments of the AGMUT cadre will be decided by the Cadre Controlling Authority.
The order has been sent to the concerned officers, the Government of Arunachal Pradesh, the Home Ministry, and the Accountant General, Arunachal Pradesh. It has also been uploaded on the DoPT website for public record.
