The Central Government has announced that it has approved the appointments of four major officials as Director of Census Operations, Citizens Registration.
The Competent Authority has approved the appointment of Ms. Deep Shikha Sharma, IFoS (AGMUT: 2011) as Director of Census Operations/Director of Citizen Registration (Director level), Himachal Pradesh for a period up to 31.12.2025 or until further orders, whichever event takes place earlier.
Shri Nikhil Pavan Kalyan, lAS (00-2012) has been appointed as Director of Census Operations/Director of Citizen Registration (Director level), Odisha for a period up to 31.12.2025 or until further orders, whichever event takes place earlier.
Similarly, Shri M.Sundaresh Babu, lAS (KN:2012) has been appointed as Director of Census Operations/Director of Citizen Registration (Deputy Secretary level), Tamil Nadu & Puducherry for a period up to 31.12.2025 or until further orders.
Meanwhile, Shri J.Nivas, lAS (AP:2010) to join as Director of Census Operations/Director of Citizen Registration (Director level) for the State of Andhra Pradesh for a period up to 31.12.2025 or until further orders, whichever event takes place earlier.
