GMDC Q3: Net Profit on consolidated basis declines 9.88% at Rs 133.06 crore, reports marginal losses
Mumbai: State-owned Mining and Mineral processing company based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation (GMDC) has announced the quarterly financial results of the December-end quarter for 2025-26.
On the consolidated basis, the total income of the company is standing at Rs 680.45 crore as compared to Rs 767.92 crore on quarterly basis. The total expenses of the company is standing at Rs 501.11 crore as against Rs 588.26 crore in Q3FY25. The Net Profit or Profit After Tax is standing at Rs 133.06 crore as against Rs 147.66 crore in Q3FY25.
For the nine months the income from operations is standing at Rs 1,839.33 crore and the net profit for the nine-month period is at Rs 769.63 crores as of 31-12-2025.
The segment revenue consisting of mining and power is standing at Rs 553.23 crores and Rs 46.88 crores with total segment revenue standing at Rs 579.15 crore.
Shares of GMDC are closed at Rs 568.35, down by 3.91% at BSE.
