GST ITC fraud worth Rs 7.85 crore: Misuse of over 80 GSTINs, CA arrested

A large-scale fraud involving fraudulent Input Tax Credit (ITC) claims totalling approximately Rs. 7.85 crore was discovered by the CGST Delhi South Commissionerate as part of a major crackdown on Goods and Service Tax (GST) fraud. The accountant was based in South Delhi.
