MTNL to soon declare third quarter results dec 2025

New Delhi: Government-owned Telecom firm, MTNL (Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd) has announced the exchanges that the company will declare the financial results on 12th February, 2026.

According to the exchange filing, the company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Thursday, 12th February 2026 to inter-alia consider and approve the Unaudited Reviewed Financial Results for the 3rd Quarter ended on 31st December, 2025.
 

Also, it was informed that Trading Window for dealing/trading in the shares of the Company has been closed from 01.01.2026 to 14.02.2026 (both days inclusive).
 

The last quarterly financial results have witnessed strong revenue generation up by 8.91% YoY but on other hand net income was fallen down by over 7%. However, the government’s capital expenditure could revive the figures in the upcoming financial results.

Currently, the shares of MTNL are trading down by 0.77% at Rs 34.60 at BSE. The stock opened today at Rs 35.40 and reached to the marginal high of Rs 35.50 with 52-week high of Rs 58.20.
