73rd Management Committee Meeting of NTPC Started
New Delhi: 73rd Management Committee Meeting (MCM) of NTPC Limited started on 28th April and is in progress at New Delhi. CMD, Functional Directors, REDs, EDs and HOPs are participating in the MCM and discussions are being held about the various issues concerning Power sector as a whole and NTPC in particular. The forum also discussed about the preparedness required to take up the future challenges like RE integration, flexible operation, reliability of units etc.
During his interaction with Management Committee on 29th April, Shri Ajay Kumar Bhalla, Secretary (Power), Govt. of India congratulated Team NTPC for their exceptional achievements. He lauded NTPC management & rsquo;s effort to organise such meetings to discuss the various issues at regular intervals. MCM is usually arranged twice a year to review performance and discuss various issues facing NTPC and the roadmap for improvement of performance.
