HEC Participating in an International Event IESS Organised by EEPC
Chennai: Heavy Engineering Corporation (HEC) is participating in the three days event organized by Engineering Export Promotion Council (EEPC) in Chennai. The event is the eighth edition of International Engineering Sourcing Show (IESS). IESS VIII being held during 14 – 16th March 2019, is one of the largest display of engineering products and solutions with a large number of Overseas Buyers and Trade Buyers.
Shri Rana S. Chakravarty, Director (Marketing & Production), HEC, along with other Marketing officials is attending the event. On the first day of the show, dignitaries from the Department of Heavy Industries and Ministry of Commerce and Industries participated along with various delegations. HEC had displayed a prototype of its indigenously developed Hydraulic Excavator, a product to be launched very soon; and its prestigious product Walking Dragline.
HEC’s stall was inaugurated by Shri A. R. Sihag, Secretary, and Department of Heavy Industries (DHI). Smt. Sukriti Likhi, Joint Secretary, DHI; Mr. Sanjay Chavre, Senior. Development Officer, DHI; Shri Ravi Sehgal, Chairman EEPC India, were also present during the inauguration. Shri Anup Wadhawan, Secretary, Ministry of Commerce and Industries also graced HEC’s stall by his presence.
