ONGC Petroleum Safety Institute bags Golden Bird Certificate of Excellence
New Delhi: IPSHEM, Goa has been declared winner of Golden Bird Best Training Award 2019 (Diamond Award) in a glittering function at Chandigarh on 2 June 2019, organized by the Foundation for Accelerated Mass Empowerment. This coveted award has been bestowed to IPSHEM by the Foundation for Accelerated Mass Empowerment for its outstanding contribution towards excellence in best training practices by conducting quality HSE trainings.
IPSHEM is the premier institute of ONGC dedicated for Safety trainings in Petroleum Sector, Fire Fighting, Occupational Health and R&D in the field of Environmental studies. Initiatives taken by IPSHEM for cultivating the safety culture through Behaviour-based Safety (BBS) Trainings and field observation surveys, apart from other specialized Safety and Fire fighting training programs have shown results at ONGC work centres and brought laurels in the form of this Golden Bird Award (Diamond).
Head IPSHEM Mr. Atul Garg congratulated Team IPSHEM and especially the Training Group for bagging this Award. Such recognitions will further motivate IPSHEM to pursue its journey to excellence with a renewed zeal.
