CIL Organised Rabindra Pranam
Kolkata: Coal India Recreation Club organized 'Rabindra Pranam' – A tribute to Rabindranath Tagore at CIL Headquarter. Rich tributes were paid to Rabindranath Tagore, who reshaped Bengali literature and music, as well as Indian art with Contextual Modernism in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Rabindra Sangeet and poems which were written and composed by Tagore, were recited.
Speaking on the occasion, Shri. A.K. Jha, Chairman, CIL said, 'Rabindranath Tagore was a great poet and thinker. The rich legacy he has left behind continues to inspire us'.
