New Delih: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna Defence Public Sector Company under the Ministry of Defence, has announced recruitment for Sr. Assistant Engineer (E-I Grade) on a 15-year fixed tenure basis for its Kotdwara Unit, Uttarakhand. BEL is one of India’s leading defence electronics companies with more than 350 advanced products in radars, naval systems, communication systems, and homeland security.
Eligibility Criteria
The vacancies are open only for Ex-Servicemen who have served in the Indian Army, Air Force, or Navy. Candidates must hold a Diploma in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering and must have completed 15 years of service at the rank of JCO (Junior Commissioned Officer) at the time of discharge.
Pay Scale & Benefits
Selected candidates will receive a salary in the pay scale of ₹30,000 – 3% – ₹1,20,000, along with DA, HRA, medical reimbursement, perquisites, PF, gratuity, and other benefits as per BEL rules.
Age Limit
The maximum age as on 01.12.2025 is 53 years for OBC-NCL and 55 years for SC/ST candidates. PwBD candidates will receive additional age relaxation as per Government norms.
Selection Process
Selection will be based on a written test, followed by an interview. Candidates who qualify the written test will be called for the interview in a 1:7 ratio.
