New Delhi: Northern Coalfeilds Limited (NCL) signed MoU with Social Justice and Disabled Empowerment Department, Singrauli for development of District Disabled Rehabilitation Center (DDRC) Singrauli, under CSR
On Wednesday, Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL), a subsidiary of Coal India Limited based in Singrauli, signed MoU with Social Justice and Disabled Empowerment Department, Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh for operation and management of District Disabled Rehabilitation Center (DDRC) Singrauli under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Under this MoU, NCL will provide financial assistance of Rs. 2.97 crore for operation and management of District Disabled Rehabilitation Center, Singrauli and assistive and rehabilitative materials like prosthetic limbs, hearing aids, tricycles, wheelchairs, walkers, smart canes, Braille kits to disabled people in Singrauli and Sonbhadra districts.
On this occasion, District Collector, Singrauli Shri Chandrashekhar Shukla and Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat Singrauli Shri Gajendra Singh Nagesh and other officers and employees from NCL were present.
