New Delhi: Dr. Saurabh Garg, Secretary, the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (MoSPI) along with Mr. Sanjay, Additional Director General and other officers of MoSPI had a meeting with Ms. Haishan Fu, Chief Statistician, World Bank, on March 12, 2025, at the World Bank Headquarters, Washington DC, USA. 

During the discussion, data points related to India found in the State of Food Security and Nutrition (SOFI) report by the FAO, the Poverty Inequality Platform, and the statistical performance indicators from the World Bank were discussed in detail.
