IREDA approves major appointments in Senior Management of Company
IREDA announced the appointment of Shri Tusarkant Parida as ED (F&A), and Shri Jagdeep Singh and Smt. Punnu Grover (who remains CCO) as General Managers (F&A), following Board approval on Dec 9, 2025.
New Delhi: State-run Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) has announced the exchanges that based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors in its meeting held on Tuesday, December 09, 2025 has approved the appointment of the following Senior Management Personnel:
1-Appointment of Shri Tusarkant Parida, as Executive Director (F&A) and Shri Jagdeep Singh, as General Manager (F&A) of the Company.
2- Appointment of Smt Punnu Grover, as General Manager (F&A) of the Company. She will continue to act as Chief Compliance Officer of the Company upto 30.04.2028, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Smt. Punnu Grover holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and a member of the Institute of Cost and work Accountant of India. She has over 29 years of experience. She was working as Additional General Manager (F&A) in the Company
