32nd Annual General Meeting of IREDA
New Delhi: The 32nd Annual General Meeting of Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Ltd. (IREDA) held on 30th September, 2019 in New Delhi. Addressing the Directors and shareholders, Shri Praveen Kumar, CMD, highlighted the performance of fiscal year 2018-19 and informed that gross Income of the company increased to Rs. 2,022.79 Crore, registering a growth of 11.56%.
The shareholders adopted the Annual Accounts for FY 2018-19 and approved dividend of Rs. 128.19 crore. During the FY 2018-19, IREDA sanctioned loans of Rs. 11,941.87 crore and disbursed Rs. 9,385.37 crore for RE projects. Projects sanctioned by IREDA during the year are expected to result in Renewable Energy capacity addition of 3266.37 MW.
