BCPL observed the Vigilance Awareness Week in Assam
The closing ceremony of VAW 2020 was organized on 2nd November 2020 in the Administrative Building, Dibrugarh in which prizes were distributed to the winners.
Assam: Vigilance Awareness Week (VAW) 2020 was observed in BCPL, Dibrugarh, Assam from 27th October to 02nd November 2020 on the theme "Satark Bharat, Samriddh Bharat (Vigilant India, Prosperous India)”. The programme was inaugurated by administering Integrity Pledge by all employees in presence of Shri Reep Hazarika, Managing Director on 27th October 2020 at the Administrative Building, BCPL, Dibrugarh.
Various activities were organized during the week in order to affirm our commitment to promotion of integrity and probity in public life through citizen participation. The activities included classroom program, online quiz competition, essay writing & slogan competition on the theme of "Satark Bharat, Samriddh Bharat (Vigilant India, Prosperous India)” for employees of the company and contract workers.
The closing ceremony of VAW 2020 was organized on 2nd November 2020 in the Administrative Building, Dibrugarh in which prizes were distributed to the winners. While addressing the employees Sh. Asit Das, GM (HR) in his inaugural address cited examples of how India is fighting corruption and narrated the analogy of Transparency International (TI) and India’s rank in corruption index there of Shri Pruthiviraj Dash, Director (Finance), Shri Rakesh Kumar Singh, Chief Operating Officer deliberated upon the subject of corruption and role of vigilance. Other senior officials were also present in the closing ceremony.
