Engineers India Ltd organized a domestic manufacturers meet-cum-webinar
New Delhi: Under the Chairmanship of Secretary, MoP&NG, Engineers India Ltd organized a Domestic Manufacturers Meet-cum-Webinar on September 30, 2020 with a total participant count of around 350. The agenda of the meet was to share various EIL's initiatives & policies in line with GOI vision towards “AatmaNirbhar Bharat”.
From MoPNG, Shri Tarun Kapoor, Secretary and Shri Sunil Kumar, Joint Secretary (Refineries) graced the occasion. From EIL, Shri J C Nakra, C&MD, Ms.Vartika Shukla, Dir. (Technical), Mr.UpendraMaheshwari, ED (SCM Inspection) and Mr. Vineet Agarwal, ED (SCM C&P) were on the panel.
The meet commenced with welcome address from C&MD informing EIL’s contribution in achieving the milestone of USD 2 Billion value export to Dangote Refinery & Petrochemical Project, Nigeria. In his welcome address, C&MD also shared EIL contribution towards indigenization/ substitution of import content since its inception and emphasize on EIL’s efforts in implementing & promoting various policies of Govt of India, vis-à-vis Make In India, Start-up India, AtmaNirbhar Bharat, Vocal for Local etc.
