Hindi Pakhwada Celebration at NTPC Coal Mining Headquarters
As part of the Hindi Pakhwada Celebration, Hindi Poetry recitation was held for employees’ children for Junior and Senior class i.e from Class 1 to 6 and for Class 7 to 12.
New Delhi: NTPC Coal Mining Head Quarter, Ranchi is celebrating Hindi Pakhwada from September 1 to 14th September 2021. As part of the Hindi Pakhwada Celebration, Hindi Poetry recitation was held for employees’ children for Junior and Senior class i.e from Class 1 to 6 and for Class 7 to 12. Hindi Elocution competition was also organised for senior class children. The competition was organised through online mode. The children participated in the above competitions enthusiastically.
Smt. Mahua Mazumder, President, Swayamsiddha Ladies Club, NTPC Coal Mining Headquarters was the Chief Guest of the program. Smt Mazumder speaking on the occasion said today’s program is very special, everybody tries to encourage English due to the need of our education system but at the same time, we should also, encourage the use of Hindi which is regarded as “Rashtriya Bhasa” in our day-to-day life and in academics. There is a need for affection and encouragement for promoting the Hindi language. She wished all the participants, all the best for the competition and successful program. Her esteemed presence motivated the participants to perform with zeal and enthusiasm.
Shri Alois Topno, General Manager (Human Resources), Coal Mining HQ, and Shri Amit Kumar Dubey, Head Mines Safety, Coal Mining HQ was the esteemed Judge of the Competition. Speakers on the occasion shared that children's participation in Hindi competitions should be encouraged and said Hindi is a popular, simple, and accepted language and has its origin from Sanskrit. Various competitions like Hindi elocution, Handwriting/Sulekh competition for employees, associates and housewives will be organised during fortnight Hindi Pakhwada Celebration.
