IFFCO begin its journey of Transformational Leadership by launching Leadership Bootcamp Program

As the country prepares for monsoon and India been an Agri based economy, IFFCO (Indian  Farmer Fertiliser Cooperative) has also took upon the opportunity to inaugurate Leadership  Bootcamp program for its senior leaders in collaboration with SHRM (Society for Human  Resource Development) virtually on 26th July 2021.

As the country prepares for monsoon and India been an Agri based economy, IFFCO (Indian  Farmer Fertiliser Cooperative) has also took upon the opportunity to inaugurate Leadership  Bootcamp program for its senior leaders in collaboration with SHRM (Society for Human  Resource Development) virtually on 26th July 2021 in presence of Mr RP Singh, Director  (HR and Legal), Mr. Nakul Pathak - Executive Director HR, Dr. AK Balyan - SHRM Subject  Matter Expert (SME) and Ex- Director ONGC , Ex- MD & CEO Petronet LNG , Ex-CEO  (Oil&Gas) Reliance ADAG , Chairman & Director, Carmine Energy Pte, IFFCO Senior leaders,  and SHRM Team members.  


Mr. RP Singh, Director (HR and Legal) set the theme by calling the imperative of such  bootcamp for success of any organisation because it not only ensures proper leadership  pipeline but also grooming of upcoming leaders to be versatile to face difficult and  challenging situations. 


Taking the above as inspiration and guidance, the Leadership Bootcamp has been designed  for the holistic development of leaders focused on strengths and development areas.  


Speaking on the occasion, Dr AK Balyan also stressed on the significance of the program to  transform the process of decision making to keep up with the ever evolving business  strategies, government regulations and industrial norms, and path breaking achievements.

Just as IFFCO is breaking norms and making disruptions in the fertiliser industry to aid the  farmers around the world like Nano Urea which is a breakthrough environment friendly  product, similarly the leaders of IFFCO will also embrace this journey which will result in  breakthrough developments in their personal and organisational environment.

The representatives from SHRM, Mrs. Vandana Puri- Associate Director- PSE, and Mr.  Ashissh Kaul, Head- PSE and Associate Director-Knowledge and Advisory, gave a walk  through to participants and dignitaries on the step-by-step phase wise journey, leaders  would go through in Bootcamp with pre and post assessments to target and monitor their  outcomes and the appropriate mix of all elements that SHRM will put together especially for  IFFCO.  


Mr. Ashissh Kaul, emphasized, that ‘The learning which would be gained in the program  would not aid participants in their respective areas of business but also in their upgradation  of their skills which would enhance their personal leadership styles.’

 
The inauguration was also attended by Ms. Neetika Mittal, Ms. Harshita Rai from Knowledge  and Advisory Services, SHRM India.
