NCL organized program on Cultivating Culture of innovation
CMD NCL, Shri P K Sinha was connected through VC. Director (Personnel) Shri Bimlendu Kumar, Director (Finance) Shri R N Dubey, Area General Managers, HoDs and GMs of HQ, and other employees remain present in the program.
Singrauli: NCL organized a program on 'Cultivating Culture of innovation and Process Improvement for excellence' on Thursday at MDI, CETI Campus Singrauli. The top 3 practices and innovations viz Amlohri, Dudhichua, and NSC, selected out of presentations from all Areas and Units of NCL were presented and awarded in the program.

Principal Secretary to Governor, Jharkhand, Ranchi, and Ex-NCL CMD Shri Shailesh Kumar Singh, IAS also addressed the program virtually.
Mostly Best practices and Innovations were solutions from ground zero involving planning, monitoring, and crisis management with in-house inventory for economic, productivity, and sustainability.
All the presented best practices will be documented in an 'NCL Book of Innovation'.
