NHPC, CVPPPL signs agreement to provide consultancy services for 930 MW Kirthai-II HE project

New Delhi: An agreement has been signed between NHPC and CVPPPL Today on March 19, 2021, to provide consultancy services to CVPPPL for the Kirthai-II HE Project (930 MW) on Chenab River in the UT of J&K.
The agreement was signed by Sh. A. K. Choudhary, MD-CVPPPL, and Sh. V. K. Maini, ED-SBD&C, NHPC at NHPC Office Complex, Faridabad in the august presence of Sh. A. K. Singh, CMD, Sh. Y. K. Chaubey, Director (Technical) and Sh. R. P. Goyal, Director (Finance), NHPC Limited. Kirthai-II HE Project is a run-of-river project located in Kishtwar district, UT of J&K at about 25 KMs upstream of Kiru HEP of CVPPPL on Chenab River.
