PFC pays second interim dividend of Rs. 369.57 crore to GOI for FY 2021-22
With this PFC has so far paid interim dividends amounting to Rs. 1254.03 crores to its shareholders @47.5% i.e. Rs. 4.75 per equity share of face value Rs. 10 each for the financial year 2021-22.
New Delhi: Power Finance Corporation, has paid Rs 369.57 crore to the Government of India and Rs 290.45 crore to other shareholders, totaling Rs 660.02 crore as the second Interim Dividend for the financial year 2021-22 on 10th December 2021.
The second interim dividend @ 25% i.e. Rs. 2.50 per equity share of face value Rs. 10 each was declared by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 11th November 2021 and is in addition to the first interim dividend amounting to Rs.332.61 crore paid to Govt. of India and Rs 261.4 crore to other shareholders totaling to Rs 594.01 crore on 10th September 2021 @ 22.5% i.e. Rs. 2.25 per equity share of face value Rs. 10 each for the financial year 2021-22.
