Shri Dharmendra Pradhan Inaugurates remote monitoring of gas turbines
Hyderabad: Shri Dharmendra Pradhan Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas inaugurated first-of-its-kind remote monitoring of gas turbines across all Indian Oil Corporation Limited refineries in Hyderabad today. Equipped with advanced technology this state-of-the-art 24x7 remote monitoring system will track operations of all 8 refineries operated by IOCL across India.
Generating alerts and advisories using predictive analysis, remote-controlled operations will enhance the operational reliability, productivity, and environmental sustainability of our refineries at Digboi, Bongaigaon, Paradip, Panipat, Gujarat, Mathura, Barauni, and Haldia.
He said, "A true example of India’s technological prowess, this digital initiative commissioned at a cost of Rs 9.30 crore is a significant step towards achieving PM Shri Narendra Modi’s vision of an Aatma Nirbhar Bharat.
