Two NFL directors retire from board

New Delhi: NFL's Independent Directors Dr Ramesh K Agarwal and Sh Anil Verma retired from the Board of company on 2nd February after completion of their three years tenure.

 

Dr Agarwal is a prominent eye surgeon of the north east and is based in Dibrugarh. He is actively involved in Social work in the region and regularly organizes medical camps. He has personally collected more than 300 corneas from Donor eye. Dr Agarwal was also a member of CSR Committee as well as Audit Committee of the board.

 

Shri Anil Verma is a charted accountant by profession. He has been working with many Social organizations, Trusts and Educational Institutions. Sh Verma was Chairpersons of CSR Committee as well as Audit Committee of the Board.

 

Both the directors were given affectionate send off in a farewell party organized in Noida. C&MD, other Directors and Sr officers of NFL participated in the event.

 

On this occasion, Sh Manoj Mishra thanked both the directors for their sustained support in the board and wished them all success in their future endeavors.
