New Delhi: Adani Power, a subsidiary of Indian conglomerate Adani Group completes the 100% acquisition of infra development firms, Support Properties Private Limited (SPPL) and Eternus Real Estate Private Limited (EREPL). The private thermal power producer on Monday buys all equity shares from their respective shareholders.
The acquisition for both firms stands at Rs. 609.4 crore cumulatively. However earlier this month the company signed a share purchase agreement to acquire 100 percent equity shares of these two companies.
BSE filing stated, "All the related steps/activities for acquisition of 100 percent equity shares of SPPL and EREPL have now been completed.
The acquiring cost for Support Properties is Rs. 280.10 crore, while for Eternus Real Estate the consideration is Rs 329.30 crore.
