BCCL conducted an online webinar
New Delhi: An online workshop/webinar on the topic “Noting/Drafting in reference to PSUs and its legal implication” was organised by Legal Department BCCL on 12.08.20. The program was conducted under the mentorship of Sri PVKRM Rao, Director(P), BCCL. Keynote speech was given by Sri Atmanand Nadkarni, Senior Advocate/Formed Additional Solicitor General, Supreme Court of India.
Noting/Drafting being one of the most essential components of operations in a PSU, its basics were deliberated by Sri Nadkarni at length resulting in more clarity. Question and Answer session was held after the deliberation in which Sri Nadkarni answered queries raised by the participants. Around 75 executives of BCCL attended the webinar.
The program ended with insights shared by Sri PVKRM Rao, Director(P) BCCL from his vast experiences. The webinar provided a platform for executives of BCCL to engage in a rich and valuable interaction which would definitely enhance efficiency and competence in days to come.
