BCCL organized quarterly meeting

New Delhi: The quarterly meeting of the Corporate Level Official Language Implementation Committee of Bharat Cocking Coal Limited was held on 26 September 2020 under the chairmanship of Shri PVKR Mallikarjun Rao, Director (Personnel). Chaired by the meeting, Mr. Mallikarjun Rao said that loyalty and dedication are necessary for the success of any work.

If some departments are doing percent work in Hindi, then why not the rest. In today's age of technology, there is no problem in working in Hindi on computer. Phonetic typing and voice typing is very popular to work in Hindi. Everyone can use this. He reviewed the work of departments and sectors and said that Hindi correspondence in some departments and sectors has decreased, causing a decrease in correspondence of the entire company.

This is a matter of concern. Make your best effort to achieve all departments and area set goals. He directed the Department of Official Language to separate review the workings of low corresponding departments and areas to solve the problems they are facing in working in Hindi.

The meeting was organized while following the scheduled protocol keeping Covid-19 in view. Representatives from the area were linked to video conferencing service in the meeting aimed at maintaining physical distancing. Nodal Hindi officers of headquarters departments added via Google Meet.
 
During the meeting, the Hindi correspondence was reviewed by the areas and departments in the quarter of June, 2020 The meeting was conducted and welcoming statement by Mr. Dilip Kumar Singh, Deputy Manager (Official Language) and the memorandum of thanks was done by Mr. Udayveer Singh, Deputy Manager (Official Language).
 
On the occasion of the meeting, General Manager Mr. R Bhattacharjee, Mr. S Roy, Mr. Sunil Nigam, Mr. Vikas Kumar Chief Manager Mr. Dinesh Mishra, Mr. Anjani Kumar, Mr. SP Bose, Preferred Manager Mr. Vikas Kumar Sinha, Manager at Floor-3 Auditorium Mr. Deepak Kumar Sinha etc. were present.
