BCPL Celebrate on 21 June as International Day of Yoga
New Delhi: Every year June 21st is celebrated as International Day of Yoga .This year, since the International Day of Yoga is being celebrated amidst a health emergency, it is important to ensure that all measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 are also practiced.
As we celebrate and observe the day when the whole world is fighting the COVID-19 pandemic, Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, has started a campaign called “Yoga at Home, Yoga with Family”, to encourage the practice of Yoga to contain the spread of the virus as well as to stay healthy.
Let us support this campaign and practice yoga at home and maintain all the basic precautionary measures like social distancing norms,use of masks and sanitizers
