BPCL CMD inaugurated POL Depot in Leh, Ladakh by hoisting national flag

Shri Arun Kumar Singh, Chairman and Managing Director, BPCL inaugurated the POL Depot in Leh, Ladakh by hoisting National Flag with Shri Sanjay Khanna, Director Refineries and other senior officials.

New Delhi: Bharat Petroleum brings energy to one of the remotest parts of India. Today Shri Arun Kumar Singh, Chairman and Managing Director, BPCL inaugurated POL Depot in Leh, Ladakh by hoisting National Flag with Shri Sanjay Khanna, Director Refineries and other senior officials.

This depot, which is situated adjacent to the famous tourist spot of Magnetic hill at 10,300 feet above sea level, will supply Petrol and Diesel to Defence facilities, Fuel Stations in the area and the Industries, which are coming in the region. Spread over 2.5 acre complex, this depot has the storage capacity of 400 kiloliters for Petrol and 500 kiloliters of Diesel.  

Shri Arun Kumar Singh also hoisted national Flag today at BPCL’s first fuel Station in Ladakh, which is situated in the same complex.
