Coal India Q4 Results: Records Net Profit at Rs 6,715 cr; Revenue Rs 32,706 cr

New Delhi: The government-owned coal mining and refining Corporation, Coal India Limited on Wednesday, May 25 announced the audited financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the fourth quarter and Financial Year ended 3l't March 2022, and also the company declared the unmodified opinion and Final Dividend for FY 2021-22.
There is an increase of around 46% in CIL's consolidated net profit at Rs. 6,715 crore for the quarter ending March 31, 2022. The Revenue also strikes up by 22% to Rs 32,706 cr.
Moreover, EBITDA stands at Rs 9,078 cr vs Rs 6,438 cr YoY. Further, the Board of Directors of Coal India Limited in its meeting had recommended payment of Final Dividend for the financial year 2021-22 at 3l- per share of the face value of Rs 101 as recommended by the Audit Committee of CIL in its meeting held on a date subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.
