DMRC issues LoA to Nuvision Commercial and Escort Services for Train Operations Services
The Contractor shall manage Train Operation services as per DMRC’s requirements.
The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited (DMRC) has awarded a major Letter of Acceptance (LoA) to M/s Nuvision Commercial and Escort Services (NCES). This contract covers the provision of Train Operations Services for the Red Line and Green Line of the Delhi Metro, marking a significant step in enhancing operational efficiency on these key routes.
Name of Work: Train Operations Services on Red Line (Shahdara Crew Control) and Green Line (Mundka Crew Control) of Delhi Metro Network. The Awarded Value is Rs 65 crore and the Contract Period is 2310 Days.

Successful Bidder [Contractor] may be asked to provide entire/partial services, by deploying their trained & competent manpower, on other Lines and upcoming Lines of the Delhi Metro network, in case of any need/emergency. The management of Train Operation Services shall be carried out by a team of Train Drivers, Train Driver Supervisors & Train Driver Manager.
The contract with Nuvision Commercial and Escort Services (NCES) marks a key step in improving Delhi Metro’s efficiency. By managing Train Operations Services for the Red and Green Lines, NCES will ensure reliable, timely service, with trained staff handling operations and crew control, enhancing the overall commuter experience.
