Dr. G. Jawahar joins BEML Ltd. as Director (HR)
Dr G. Jawahar has assumed charge of Director (HR) and member of the Board of BEML Limited, A defence Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence. Prior to joining BEML, he was Executive Director at Power Finance Corporation (PFC) Limited.

NEW DELHI- Dr G. Jawahar has assumed charge of Director (HR) and member of the Board of BEML Limited, A defence Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence. Prior to joining BEML, he was Executive Director at Power Finance Corporation (PFC) Limited.
A veteran HR professional with over 33 years of experience in various facets of HR from 3 major Power PSUs like NHPC Ltd., Powergrid Ltd. and PFC Ltd. he made significant impact on the long-term functioning of HR. He has rich understanding in bringing new policies, strategies & practices, evolving career growth initiatives and training requirements.
Dr. Jawahar holds a Master of Business Administration (Human Resources Management), Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Law degrees. He has done PhD in ‘Training and development’.
He is married to Mrs. Sabitha, who is a home maker and their son J. Prajit and daughter J. Priyadarshini are pursuing higher studies.
