ECIL's CSR: Handing over of COVID BEEP devices 100 Nos to ESIC Hospital, Hyderabad
ESIC Doctors has thanked ECIL for providing this device which helps in giving better and timely treatment to the patients from any location through mobile phone or laptop especially for the treatment of COVID infected patients.
Hyderabad: Electronics Corporation of India Limited has handed over COVID BEEP devices (100 No.’s) to ESIC Hospital, Sanathnagar, Hyderabad under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative as a protective health care measure in view of the COVID-19 pandemic. COVID BEEP is a remote health monitoring device which is used for tracking the health of different patients and quarantined people remotely.
ECIL team has demonstrated the functioning of the devices for measuring the vital parameters of Corona patient like body Temperature, amount of blood oxygen (SpO2), Heart Beat Rate and Respiration Rate NIBP (Non Invasive Blood Pressure), and ECG (Electro Cardio Gram) along with patient location and novel application software that remotely displays these parameters on a Mobile Phone, Laptop/ Desktop Computer for monitoring by Doctor from any location. The system will reduce the exposure of doctors/ frontline healthcare personnel to Corona patients and can be easily installed in Hospital premises/ Quarantine Centres.
