GNFC dividend 2024, PSU to give165% dividend payout

Earlier in May, the board of directors of GNFC recommended a final dividend of Rs 16.50 per equity share for its shareholders.
"The Board of Directors has in the said Meeting recommended a Dividend of Rs. 16.50/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each Fully Paid up (@165%) for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2024, subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Upon approval by the Shareholders, the dividend declared will be paid within 30 days of declaration and the date of payment of dividend will be intimated in due course," the company said in an exchange filing.

Meanwhile, the company has also announced the book closure date, "Friday, September 20, 2024 (Both days inclusive) for determining the eligibility of Members entitled to Dividend for the Financial Year 2023-24,"
GNFC has also fixed the payment date for the final dividend, "On or after Monday, September 23, 2024 (Subject to Shareholders approval at the 48th AGM)."
