GRSE Names Subrato Ghosh as Next Director (Personnel) in Latest Appointment Move
Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited (GRSE), a PSU under the Ministry of Defence, is expected to name Subrato Ghosh as its next Director (Personnel). The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) panel nominated him for the position on Tuesday.

New Delhi: Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited (GRSE), a PSU under the Ministry of Defence, is expected to name Subrato Ghosh as its next Director (Personnel). The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) panel nominated him for the position on Tuesday. He currently holds the position of Chief General Manager within the same company.
In its selection meeting on March 14, the PESB selection panel interviewed nine candidates for the position of Director (Personnel) of GRSE, and Ghosh was chosen as its recommendation. There were nine candidates total, with four from GRSE, two from BHEL, one each from SAIL, the Indian Navy, and Rain Industries Ltd, and one from Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL).
Ghosh will serve as GRSE's Director (Personnel), report to the Chairman and Managing Director, and be a member of the Board of Directors (CMD). He will oversee all aspects of human resource management and administration, be in charge of developing and implementing personnel and labour relations policies, etc.
