Kolkata, 13th May 2025: Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited (GRSE), has announced its financial results for the fourth quarter & full year ended March 31st, 2025.
FY25 Compared with FY24:
- Total Income for the FY25 stood at Rs. 5,411 Crore against Rs. 3,892 Crore in FY24 with growth of 39% (Y-o-Y).
- Revenue from Operation has increased to Rs. 5,076 Crore in FY25 from Rs. 3,593 Crore in FY24, registering a growth of 41% (Y-o-Y).
- The Earnings before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortization stands at Rs. 756 Crore in FY25, as against Rs 534 Crore in FY24, with an increase of 42%.
- Profit Before Tax (PBT) is Rs. 703 Crore for FY25 as compared to Rs. 481 Crore in FY24, registering a growth of 46% (Y-o-Y)
- Profit After Tax (PAT) is Rs. 527 Crore in FY25 as against Rs. 357 Crore in FY24, registering a growth of 48% (Y-o-Y).
- Earnings per share (EPS) for FY25 is Rs. 46.04, against Rs. 31.19 in FY24.
- Company has declared total dividend @ 138.5% of Paid-up Share Capital against 93.6% of previous year.

Q4FY25 Compared with Q4FY24:
- Revenue from operation is Rs. 1,642 Crore in Q4FY25 as against Rs. 1,016 Crore in Q4FY24 registering a growth of 62%.
- The Company’s EBITDA stood at Rs. 335 Crore in Q4FY25 against Rs. 166 Crore in Q4FY24 registering a growth of 101%.
- Profit Before Tax (PBT) stood at Rs. 324 Crore in Q4FY25 against Rs. 153 Crore in Q4FY24 registering a growth of 112%.
- Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at Rs. 244 Crore in Q4FY25 against Rs. 112 Crore in Q4FY24 registering a growth of 118%.
- Earnings per share (EPS) for Q4FY25 is Rs. 21.32, against Rs. 9.74 in Q4FY24.
