KIOCL distributed Face Masks to BBMP Workers
New Delhi: KIOCL LIMITED (A Government of India Enterprise) under the Ministry of Steel, Govt. of India, headquartered at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, engaged in manufacturing premium grade Iron Oxide pellet in the country.
In line with the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s clarion call, KIOCL has taken various measures to contain the spread of COVID-19. Recently, Shri MV Subba Rao, CMD, distributed face masks to BBMP workers in the Madiwala Market area in ward No.151, Bengaluru. Apart from this, KIOCL has undertaken various other measures such as creating awareness programs for the school children, awareness of appropriate behavior of COVID-19 through wall paintings, social media, and distributing masks, hand sanitizers to schools and orphanages, etc.
On the above occasion, Shri Rao sensitized the gathering on the necessity of wearing a face mask and maintaining physical distancing as a precautionary & safety measure in the wake of the spread of the virus.
KIOCL has always been at the forefront in implementing the directives of Govt. of India and also taking all necessary steps from time to time as per the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Steel, to defeat the COVID-19 pandemic.
