New Delhi: Shri Atul Bhatt, CMD, RINL graced the inaugural function of the Trade Apprentices Training Programme as chief guest at the auditorium of Learning & Development Centre (L&DC), RINL
Speaking on the occasion, Shri Atul Bhatt stressed the importance of the steel industry for the development of India. He also emphasized on the history of steel and its importance in this global era. He told trade apprentices that they have to not only learn but also have to apply in the work areas & contribute to the growth of the nation.
Sri A K Sexena, Director (Operations), Shri K V Vidya Sagar, ED (Works)I/c, Sri K Satyanarayana, CGM(HR)-CS, Senior Officers and Trade apprentices have also attended the function.
Smt, N Bhanu, GM(Trg.) & HoD welcomed the dignitaries. Sri K Satyanarayana, CGM (HR)-CS gave an overview of the initiatives and benefits of apprenticeship Training.
Before the start of the inaugural function, CMD, D(O) and ED(W)I/c visited the Steel Museum and Central Library located at L&DC and appreciated the efforts made by L&DC in establishing and maintaining the facilities.
Sri Saxena, D(O) congratulated the apprentices for being part of RINL for a period of one year. He advised the trainees to keep their eyes and ears open and also use common sense at the workplace to ensure the safety and following the covid norms.
ED(W)I/c stressed the need and usage of PPEs and advised to follow the safety norms during their apprenticeship training at RINL L&DC team organized this function.
