Minister Hardeep Singh Puri interact with Punjab youth at 8th Rozgar Mela

New Delhi: Union Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas Hardeep Singh Puri interacted with the youth of Punjab at 8th Rozgar Mela at BSF camp in Jalandhar today on August 28. 

The youth, aptly described as India’s Amrit Rakshak by PM Narendra modi were full of happiness & hope for a brighter future on the day they received their appointment letters.

He said, a farsighted initiative such as this, which will provide 10 lakh jobs to our youth, is particularly important for the youth of Punjab, who due to lack of opportunities have no option but to seek employment away from their families in foreign lands.

51,000 youth who have received their appointment letters today at 45 locations will work with Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) such as Crpf, BSF, SSB, Assam Rifles, CISF, ITBP, NCB India & Delhi Police.
