Shri Manish Kumar, director staff of Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL) visited the company's school-co-hostel "shelter" being constructed for disabled students and students at Gram Panchayat-Daga Bargwan.

New Delhi: Shri Manish Kumar, director staff of Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL) visited the company's school-co-hostel "shelter" being constructed for disabled students and students at Gram Panchayat-Daga Bargwan. Mr. Kumar inspected the entire premises and gave necessary guidelines regarding completion of the work as soon as possible.
This work is being done by NCL's Nigahi area at a cost of Rs 10 crore under Social Corporation Liability (CSR). In "Ashraya" both schools and hostels are being arranged for 100 disabled students.
14 rooms hostel, 5 classes 5 laboratories, library, gym etc have been built in the first phase of this project. In the second phase, other works including chahardwari, lift, approach road are being done rapidly. After completion of construction work, it will be maintained and operated for next three years, furniture, beds, utensils, books, food, salary for teachers/employees etc. by the district administration of 2 funds given by NCL under CSR .
