NCL Nigahi organised counseling on how to stay away from stress and addiction
Madhya Pradesh: Families of coal workers deployed in Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL) 's Nigahi Project, to apprise them about the working of the mines and the day-to-day challenges, to provide some important information related to the safety and health of the workers, and to establish harmony in the field and family life. A family counseling seminar was organized to discuss important topics.
In this seminar, the security and rescue team of the Nigahi area explained to the workers how to stay away from stress and addiction. Along with this, a medical examination of the personnel and family members there was also conducted.
The event, held at Nigahi View Point, was attended by 19 workers with their families and shared their experiences related to work and family cohesion. Project Officer of Nigahi Region Shri Rajendra Verma, Mines Manager Shri G. Senapati, Staff Officer Personnel Mr. Sunil Kumar Tiwari, Regional Security Officer Mr. PK Singh, Medical Superintendent Mr. P. Paswan, Labor Union Officials and other officers and employees during the program Be present.
It is to be noted that in all the projects of NCL, family counseling programs have been organized from time to time.
